Sponsors, faculty, and students must check in at registration in person at the workshop during the registration window. If you can’t make it, please reach out to Organizers so we are aware you will be arriving at an off time.

Navigating Sched - General:
Use the Schedule feature and filters to sign up for relevant sessions.
Each session is categorized by Type (Event, Preparation, Presentation, BDU Inspection, BDU Testing, Module Inspection, Module Testing, Obeya, HIL Demo) - please make use of these filters to make sure you’re signed up for all relevant sessions
In order to view your personalized schedule after signing up: Hover over the profile picture and click "My Schedule".
Note: "All" shows all events under that category.
Please be aware of and assign the following roles for all university / vocational team members, mentors, and faculty on Tuesday and Wednesday (guidelines for limits have been communicated through travel stipends):
BIC Attendee (allowed within BIC testing facility)
Expo Attendee (allowed at Ivy Tech Expo Hall)
Float (allowed to commute between both locations)
All participants will be assigned colored bracelets to identify your roles during the BIC Safety Overview and Expo Round Up events. Assigned roles / bracelets are non-transferrable - organizers will be tracking counts at each location.
